2) JD for component assistant 1
No Job Description
1 Maintain Main store Monitor the movement of raw materials (components), involve in Mainstore stock check & control on the mainstore inventory.
2 Stock Issue Pick the components or electronic items from the location & issue out to the repair team
3 Maintain Mini Store Basic analysis perform for the Ministore consumption & top up the needed qty of component accordingly from main store to the ministore. Need to perform Ministore stock check in Monthly or Quarterly basis.
4 Shipment Receiving Liaise with the internal warehouse & perform the physical & system receiving
5 Raw Material Handling Communicate with the internal & external party to incharge of problematic shipment or components
6 Sampling Stock check Perform sampling checking on the high usage components
7 System Updating & Handling Data entry task for the consumption using SQL, EB & MUS system
8 PO handling Create Purchase Order using EB & SAP One system
9 Communicating with Vendors (Local & Foreign vendors) This will be an advantage skill required as candidate must be able to communicate via email & verbal communication if needed.
10 Documentation handling Responsible for all the documents generated related to the task (Shipping, PO, etc)
11 Assist on Component Operation Issues Checking & updating the urgent component issues
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Related Studies/Fresh Graduates
- Preferred language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Related working experience will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel & Basic computer features
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary
- Able to work independently, strong leadership, good interpersonal skill, self initiative and good teamwork
