Job Vacancy at Transparency International Malaysia



Transparency International Malaysia (TI-M) invites suitably qualified Malaysians to fill positions within our organisation. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a high degree of personal integrity to join our Business Integrity Programme (BIP) and Forest Governance Integrity (FGI) projects. All positions are based in Petaling Jaya.
BIP
This unit helps companies committed to integrity set up and strengthen anti-corruption programmes for their business.
A. Senior Executive – 1 Position                                                                Code: BIP/SE-12-1
B. Senior Officer – 1 Position                                                                     Code: BIP/SO-12-1
Responsibilities
·         Perform analysis of client operations to identify integrity risk areas
·         Generate reports and project documentation
·         Develop integrity tools such as Integrity Pacts, whistleblower structures and policies and procedures.
·         Senior Executive: Manage Corporate Integrity System projects with clients
Candidate profile
·         Possesses business analysis and project management experience
·         Proficient in using MS Office suite and working knowledge of MS Project
·         Excellent communication and report writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
·         Familiar with integrity tools such as Integrity Pacts and Whistle blower policies will be an advantage
·         Senior Executive: Minimum 6 years related working experience
·         Senior Officer: Minimum 4 years related working experience.

FGI
This unit develops tools to improve forest governance and undertake programmes to increase public awareness of this subject.
C. Officer (I) – 2 Positions: 1 in Sabah and 1 in Sarawak                            Code: FGI/OI-12-1
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement project requirements
  • Research, preparing project progress reports, promoting, coordinating & implementing project requirements
  • Monitor and compile media materials related to the state’s forestry sector
  • Provide necessary feedback on developments in the Forestry sector.

Candidate profile
  • Experience in undertaking studies and producing research papers
  • Experience in working on Environmental/Sustainable Development Issues would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in using MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum 3 years related working experience. Locals in Sabah/Sarawak are encouraged to apply.
All positions are appointed on a contract basis and reviewed annually. A competitive remuneration package is offered based on qualifications and experience.
